Lori: Devyn is the Alpaca/Llama fan, but I love these little guys! They’re from the Sunny Studio Alpaca Holiday set and they are adorable in their winter wear! I love mixing companies when making cards, and this one represents several companies. I started with a base from MFT In The Buff Cardstock (Sadly, a discontinued color!) and made the sky from MFT Berrylicious. I stamped the sentiment and the little alpacas with Gina K Designs Jet Black Amalgam ink. The mountains are cut from GKD Kraft cardstock and the snow caps from Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 80# cardstock using Lawn Fawn Stitched Mountain Border dies. I didn’t write down the Copic marker colors used – again! The edge border is cut from GKD Jellybean Green using a Lawn Fawn Reverse Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Window die.
Devyn: I love Lawn Fawn! They have such adorable animals and scene builders. I like that they make their stamp outlines thicker because it’s easier for me to color them with Copics. I started this card with a My Favorite Things Sno Cone cardstock as a base. I used a thin kraft paper from my scrap basket for the trunks from My Favorite Things Trees in the Forest and the mountains are from Lawn Fawn Stitched Mountain Borders. For the snow on the mountains, I just used scraps of Neenah 80# Solar White Classic Crest. The snowy trees I used the same Solar White only I heat embossed them with Nuvo Shimmery Pearl embossing powder. The Yeti is from Lawn Fawn’s Loveable Legends stamp set, I didn’t have to color him much but I used some light grays(I didn’t write them down :/). The snow hill the Yeti is standing on is from My Favorite Things Spring Scene. This came out really cute and in the next post, I make him into a Bigfoot.
