So if layering stamps intimidate you, you’re not a confident colorer yet, or you just want to almost free-form a beautiful but quick card, look no further than the Hello Lovely set from Concord & 9th. It’s SO easy to stamp, going outside the lines is encouraged, or you can even simply heat emboss the outline and you’re done!
Lori: I have made a few cards with this set already, but I like to revisit it now and then. It’s so easy to just be random with where and how you use the layers on this. I used MFT Pink Lemonade for the base and Gina K Designs Layering Ivory cardstock for the stamped layer. The main flower outline stamp was inked in Gina K Slate. I didn’t even plan a color scheme for the rest, just grabbed a color and went with whatever looked good! I always make sure to liberally stamp the splash marks around whenever I use this set!
Devyn: I absolutely love this stamp set! You can use it many different ways and for a lot of different occasions. I decided to keep it really simple and just heat emboss it. The base is Gina K Designs Ivory cardstock. I used My Favorite Things After Midnight for the layer and heat embossed the flower and sentiment with Altenew Copper embossing powder. That’s it! It was that simple!
