Devyn: As I said in my City Stack’s post, I love Concord & 9th’s products! They’re really good quality and they make such great variety. For this card, I am using the Painted Rose set. This set is so versatile, you can make it fancy or casual. This card is also featuring two of my favorite things: Pink and shimmery. I’m making mine slightly fancy, my base is Gina K Designs Passionate Pink cardstock. I used the Sunny Studios Frilly Frame Lattice to cut the stitched rectangle on Neenah Metallic White Gold 65#. I stamped out the Painted Rose outline using Gina K Designs Jet Black Almagam ink, Altenew Grass Field, Altenew Purple Wine, and Altenew Puffy Heart. I die cut the words ‘Thinking of You’ in black shimmer from the DCWV Shimmer Neutrals Mat paper pack. This was a fairly easy card to put together and a bonus its very shimmery!
Lori: You may recognize this color scheme and layout from our swap group challenge the other day. I just loved both, so kept going with it! Concord & 9th artsy style layered stamp sets are pretty easy to stamp out because of the ‘messy’ look – mistakes are hard to spot. I started with Gina K Designs Plum Punch base, MFT Lemon Chiffon layer, and I stamped on a Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 80# layer. I layered Altenew Soft Lilac and Deep Iris inks for the flower and Limestone and Minty Mint for the leaves. The ‘Thinking of You’ die was cut from gold glitter cardstock. For a finishing touch, and the challenge layout and colors, I included a series of Nuvo drops in Olive Branch, Crushed Grape, and Gold Coast.
