Lori: I just love the dies from Marianne Designs. They’re harder to find in the US, so we actually get pretty good prices on these from buddlycrafts.com – a UK site that had pricing and shipping at reasonable enough prices that buying 3 die sets plus shipping was cheaper than they would have been from a US shop! I used Altenew Cross Stitch Canvas on MFT Latte for the backdrop, Gina K Designs Fired Brick cardstock for the base, and Marianne Designs Shelves dies on Gina K Designs Dark Chocolate cardstock. The cacti, plants, and pots are from various scraps using the two die sets from Marianne Designs – Cactus and Greenery. I also used Concord & 9th Everyday Bouquet Turnabout stamp and die set for the sentiment and frame.
Devyn: These dies are so cool and unique! These are great for many different occasions and can be used in many different colors. My base is Gina K Designs Dark Sage. For the flooring (so cool and I hadn’t seen anywhere before!) I cut from Penny Black Wood Floors die with My Favorite Things Natural and for the baseboard Gina K Designs Charcoal Brown. The backdrop is Gina K Designs Lemon Drop and I die cut it with Lawn Fawn Quilted Backdrop. For the plant shelf, I cut it from Tim Holtz Metallic Kraft Stock for the case and the shelves Gina K Designs Black Onyx. I used various cards stocks to cut the cacti and the pots. To finish off, I die cut ‘congratulations’ from Honey Bee Welcome Home die and stamped ‘on your new home’ on Gina K Designs Honey Mustard from Honey Bee Welcome Home stamp set.
