Day 35 Card A Day 2019 : Lawn Fawn Thanks A Latte

DAY 4 THE DAILY MARKER 30 DAY COLORING CHALLENGE

Devyn: I know it’s bit late for a Fall card, however, Fall is one of my favorite seasons! This set is so cute and goes with the colder months. I started with Gina K Designs Sweet Mango cardstock base. I cut Gina K’s Warm Cocoa cardstock with Lawn Fawn Reverse Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Window die. I wanted a frosty background so I used Neenah Metallic White Gold and die cut it out with Lawn Fawn Quilted Backdrop. For the sentiment, I stamped ‘Happy Fall’ with Gina K Jet Black Amalgam ink on Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 80# cardstock and cut it with My Favorite Things Essential Fishtail Sentiment Stripes and I also cut a slightly bigger one with Sweet Mango cardstock. I used Copic Markers to color my mug with Y35 & Y38, the scarf B000 & B01. The Latte art is Altenew Dark Chocolate Dye Ink and the cheeks are Altenew Cotton Candy. I used the Reverse Confetti Stitched Square die to cut another piece of Sweet Mango to go behind the stamped image.

Lori: I love anything plaid, so this was a lot of fun! I started with a Gina K Designs Kraft cardstock base, then a layer of My Favorite Things Cement Gray Cardstock. Next, I stamped Concord & 9th plaid background in MFT Cherry Crisp and Cement Gray ink on Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 80#. Then I  added the left side layer in GKD Kraft and MFT Cement Gray cut with MFT stitched basic edges. I stamped the Sentiment in GKD Slate ink on the kraft side payer. I cut the feature circle with Lawn Fawn Fancy Scalloped Circle Stackables in MFT Cherry Crisp and layered with Lawn Fawn Small Dotted Circle Stackables in GKD Kraft cardstock. I stamped the mug and cup from Lawn Fawn Thanks a Latte in GKD Jet Black Amalgam ink and colored with Copic markers: W2, W4, and W6 for the mug, R35, R37, and R39 for the cup. I used E23 and E29 for the coffee, R21on the cheeks, and W2 for shading the marshmallows.
