Day 45 Card A Day 2019: Honey Bee Stamps Stick With Me

Devyn: This card was super simple to make, it took me about 15 minutes. I started with a Gina K Designs Kraft cardstock base. Next, I used the Memory Box Stitched Frame die to cut the stitched window on My Favorite Things Cactus (retired color). I stamped the sentiment from My Favorite Things Sweet Succulents with Gina K Designs Amalgam ink. I used Copic Markers to color the cactus and the box. I used YG13 for the cactus and E35 and E37 for the box. I cut them out with the scan n cut. That’s it! This is great for a super last minute card.

Lori: I’ve been feeling crummy, so I’m sticking to basics right now! I started off with a Gina K Designs Faded Brick cardstock base. Next, I cut a Memory Box Pinpoint circle frame out of a mat in GKD Asparagus. I added a piece of GKD Layering Ivory between the base and mat and stamped the ‘Ouch’ from MFT Sweet Succulents with Altenew Evergreen Dye ink. Then I stamped the ‘I’m So Sorry’ stamp, also from MFT Sweet Succulents in Versamark and heat embossed that with Nuvo Fine Detail Copper Blush. I stamped the Honey Bee Stamps Stick With Me Cactus and pot with Gina K Designs Amalgam ink and colored with these Copic markers: E15,  E17, BG15 & BG18 on the pot, Y17, Y19, RV32 & RV34 on the flower,YG95 & YG97 for the cactus. Now I’m off for a warm tea and a nap!
